In this role, you will work with existing leadership and broader team to develop and implement processes to deliver a differentiating client experience including but not limited to areas such as client on-boarding, client contact standards, client communication and all other areas that impact the overall client experience in the Reserve.

The Information Systems and Technology Manager is responsible for providing oversight of the day to day operations of the Information Systems Department. This individual will hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors working within the IS&T Department.
The Client Service Manager is responsible for communicating with clients regarding service delivery, providing assistance on day-to-day retirement plan administration, troubleshooting plan issues, and discussing the impact of select legislative requirements.
