The Nurse Manager of Outpatient Medical Oncology Infusion will be responsible for daily operations of assigned area, to include but not limited to staffing, HR functions, financial performance, quality and safety, patient/staff/physician satisfaction, compliance with regulatory agencies and policy and procedure development.
The Center Manager, you will be responsible for learning about the daily management of operations of the donor center, supervising operations and quality control, and ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
In this position, you will communicate regularly with main service delivery contact to evaluate client's service satisfaction, develop plans to close gaps, develop mitigation plans for "hot" client concerns, or proactively address client needs and work with the participant service center to implement.
This position is responsible for leading the team that holistically monitors all customer feedback channels, including survey responses, contacts to customer service, and unstructured data including chat and email transcripts.
The Manager is responsible for solving a variety of complex problems and must possess expert knowledge of concepts and processes along with the ability to execute creative solutions while maintaining quality and standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for the sales, customer experience, operational execution, financial performance and employee satisfaction at a group of Comcast Customer Service Centers in a designated market area.
