The Production Manager will be responsible for assisting in managing all aspects of manufacturing operations to ensure the delivery of superior customer satisfaction and optimization of manufacturing operations.
Manage global upstream marketing activities for franchise such as ongoing assessment of new ideas, market research, marketing plan/buying process, product positioning and segmentation, pricing strategy, and global financial valuations.
Oversee and promote effective Health, Safety, and Environmental programs and practices, ensuring that high standards of site safety are established, met, and that production floor is maintained in accordance with relevant regulations, agency standards and fiscal considerations.
Direct and performs all aspects of product development, product changes and product promotions including development procedures, specifying components, product positioning, pricing, catalogs & training aids.
Lead financial support for a product line including strategic planning by site and product platform, working with the operating team to maximize operating profit through New Product Introduction, Cost-Out, and customer distribution.
Act as a technical expert and liaison with the engineering design team and field services team by exhibiting product application knowledge, customer interface, and developing and executing tactical and strategic plans to support the P&C Commissioning teams goals.
Plan and execute major technology refreshes and upgrades. Lead design and testing of new technologies; partner with technical product architecture team and operations team to transition into the environment, operationalize, and lifecycle manage.
Lead a team of Operations Managers, Vendor Managers and Business Analysts responsible for planning and implementing initiatives to reduce the total cost of returns, and improve the customer experience, all while working within a Fulfillment Center environment.
