Assignments may include working with business units, systems and data related to healthcare costs, medical risk adjustment, population management, provider networks, provider contracting and clinic operations.
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis.
In this role, the selected candidate will properly escalate unresolvable issues to Tier 3 support or appropriate vendor; monitor and manage all corporate systems under Information Technology systems responsibility.
Manage and coordinate multiple operations and multiple contract staffs in providing a broad range of financial services at the program level to support business planning initiatives, financial operations and performance monitoring.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing general office operations, including shipping, receiving, managing office bills, ordering office supplies, communicating with on-site real estate management, and the cleaning vendor.
