In this role, you will be responsible for
develop reporting formats, collect and interpret data, identify and analyze trends, formulate results, troubleshoot data/reports that support business needs in HR.
In this role, the successful candidate will perform workers comp intake processing; support applicable employee leave of absence/return to work administration at facility level (advising employees on process, completing necessary onsite paperwork, etc.).
The selected candidate will designs and administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas. Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management.
In this role, the selected candidate should be able to understand customer requirements and write functional/technical specification documents for RICEFs; should be able to work with Interfaces to third party systems.

In this role, the selected candidate will conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather information related to their reason for leaving; provides metrics as part of the monthly process, in addition to a bi-annual analysis of voluntary turnover; brings any serious matters or actionable items discussed in the exit interview to the attention of the Manager, Human Resources.
In this role, you will perform Human Resources related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: transactional processing, process and procedure development and interpretation, benefits. Performs other duties as required.
In this role, you will support the implementation of human resources policies, programs and services including but not limited to employee benefit programs, including COBRA and FMLA, insurance, compensation, HRIS system management, and training and development.
