The Network Engineer will maintain and monitor the operations of all JIOR network systems and servers from the Distributed Network Operations & Security Center (DNOSC) and develop/maintain Backup Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Consults and collaborates with various project team members and external personnel to monitor and manage client networks, resolve client incident and problem tickets, as well as implement adds, moves and changes, as necessary, to satisfy client requests and generally ensure client satisfaction with their Managed Services.
Perform a variety of engineering assignments in planning and overseeing research, design, development, testing, installation, integration, sustainment, operation, and maintenance of diverse software, electronic, and/or mechanical equipment and systems.
The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies that meet the targeted sales plan. Will initiate new and service existing relationships within the West Coast, Southwest, and Inter-Mountain region.
Management responsibilities include supervision of design and drafting staff, coordination with clients and associates, and organization of design and construction administration activities to meet established schedules and budgets.
Perform radio propagation modeling and prediction to determine cell site location, determining equipment and power configurations, forecasting channel capacity requirements, planning and optimizing system traffic and developing design standards to ensure system quality.
The Quality Engineer Outage Services will support the Quality System needs of the Outage Services Division and provide a resource for developing and implementing good Quality practices while supporting the Divisions overall business objectives.
