Managing capital expense and maintenance engineering projects; developing detailed drawings and specifications using information from various sources that may include site studies, engineering calculations, evaluation of reference drawings and vendor drawings.
Developing schedules and budgets for each capital project; conducting independent technical investigations involving the origination or modification of material, component or process specifications, and requirements; managing contracted engineering and construction firms.
May perform complex analysis and evaluative tasks necessary to complete equipment-labeling projects consistent with recognized industry and international standards, local jurisdiction requirements and Company procedures.
The Quality Engineer Outage Services will support the Quality System needs of the Outage Services Division and provide a resource for developing and implementing good Quality practices while supporting the Divisions overall business objectives.
Management responsibilities include supervision of design and drafting staff, coordination with clients and associates, and organization of design and construction administration activities to meet established schedules and budgets.
