The HCM Business Analyst is responsible for providing information support and strategy for the Human Resources team. Activities will include planning and aligning strategies with the Oracle HCM vision and ensuring delivery and ongoing support of data and technology that enable HR to fulfill the business needs of the Caesars organization.
In this role, you will design, developing analysis and reporting capabilities, and continuously monitor performance to identify improvements; provide reporting and analytical updates to operations, sales, finance and production as appropriate.
In this role, the selected candidate performs complex statistical analysis and data mining activities for decision support needs of the Senior Executive Team, Medical Management, Quality, Finance, Provider Networks, Claims, Medical Risk Adjustment and Affiliate departments.
The primary purpose of the Dynamics CRM/FieldOne Business Analyst is to elicit, document, coordinate and complete the activities associated with performing configuration and customization of the Dynamics CRM and FieldOne systems based on business priorities.
This person is responsible for working with users to set requirements for applications and translate requirements to programmers, making sure applications meet requirements and insuring data integrity. Will also assist with programming as needed.
In this role, you will work closely with the HR operational teams to identify, assess and document business processes across multiple business divisions and departments, quickly understanding business process issues, working through resolutions and creating corresponding documentation.
The person in this position analyzes business processes, identifies bottlenecks in efficient running of business processes, suggests solutions for improvement to business processes, and investigates business systems solutions in association with technology experts.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst or a related discipline with an emphasis on delivering cutting edge technology within finance.
