This position will specifically run complex IT projects that are prioritized and assigned by the Child Welfare business area. Strong IT project management skills and Agile Scrum methodology is required to run and manage several scrum teams.
This senior project manager will be working on projects under the Child Welfare program area; client has an IT solution which offers an improved case management tool for child welfare, especially for children's protective services (CPS), foster care and adoption cases.

Works for and provides support to one or more Sales Account Managers for OEM accounts; process, coordinate, and track customer requests to ensure satisfaction through on-time delivery, accurate PO's/invoices, and follow-up.
