The primary responsibility of the recruiter is to assist the project coordinator and /or general manager in recruiting, hiring, directing field employees, and to assist in maintaining a quality workforce.
The Recruiting Coordinator works in collaboration with the Recruiter to provide administrative support in all aspects of talent acquisition from requisition initiation through candidate hire/onboarding. The Recruiting Coordinator may provide backup to the Recruiter during absences or high volume times.
The Sales Recruiter builds relationships with hiring managers, diverse recruitment sources, coordinates information sessions/interview training, screens perspective employees, and coordinates interviews and final offer letters.
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will understand and drive definition and clarity around the metrics pertaining to talent acquisition, including time to interview, time to fill, time to onboard, rate of rejection, talent risk segments, and more.
In this role, you will oversee all recruitment advertising and initiatives and will also be responsible for the Annual Recruitment budget. The selected candidate will also maintain and promote positive relationships with external services that help meet staffing requirements.
