The project quality engineer (AQP) is responsible for the quality processes development of interior trim components as scheduled within the Client Product Development Process (PEP) in one or more projects
The Quality Engineer (QE) is required to work with all departments on the development of new products in order to meet customer and TS-16949 requirements. This includes all quality related aspects of PPAP, prototype and ongoing product development.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with project team to define and create overall testing strategy and ensures that it is being achieved. Communicates the test strategy to the Project Manager and Development Team.
In this role, the selected candidate will implement, validate and confirm smooth development launch of products for appropriate model year; monitor manpower and handling issues that arise with the team personnel.
This is a key position on the management team for individual capable of developing quality systems from concept and implementing to scale. Ideal candidate should have experience with some of the following manufacturing or similar processes: mechanical exfoliation, liquid phase exfoliation, chemical exfoliation, intercalation, mechanical milling, vapor deposition, epitaxial growth, liquid chromatography, fluid bed drying, centrifugal separation, etc.
The Quality Engineer Outage Services will support the Quality System needs of the Outage Services Division and provide a resource for developing and implementing good Quality practices while supporting the Divisions overall business objectives.
In this role, you will develop new tools, methodologies, and test procedures, to ensure improvements in product quality, reliability, and durability. The selected candidate will be responsible for the reliability of a transmission or drive line family. Assist in identification of robustness of projects.
