The Advanced Development Project Manager plays a major role in problem identification and resolution during the program by highlighting potential areas of concern and promptly driving resolution of issues that affect program execution.

Works for and provides support to one or more Sales Account Managers for OEM accounts; process, coordinate, and track customer requests to ensure satisfaction through on-time delivery, accurate PO's/invoices, and follow-up.
Organize, manage, and lead a cross-functional project team (Design Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, Finance, Quality, Operations) from inception until closure to meet deliverables .
Coordinate the efforts and activities between the parent company, customer and Bosch Automotive Steering cross-functional teams to resolve issues as they arise during the course of the program launch and/or the design change.
