In this role, the selected candidate will plan and design the manufacturing processes, including equipment, tooling, gauging and testing, for Request for Quotations (RFQ's) per the worldwide standards.
The Process Engineer has primary responsibility for the production process. The role covers all technical aspects including operator work instructions, tools and equipment, error-proofing design and implementation, engineering changes, launch activity for new products, and continuous improvement.
In this position, you will develop HIL Model Framework to allow for common Test Scripts and automated Access to Test Variables. Work with the Plant Modeling TRB to integrate dynamic engine, transmission and hybrid plant models into the agreed upon HIL model framework.
In this role, the selected candidate will be providing hands-on support to engineering/manufacturing and will be responsible for obtaining approval and reviewing product designs, working with injection molds, and interfacing with tool vendors to test various products.

develop detailed zone process, conversion timing and estimates for new programs. Ensure deliverables meet program timing. Develop SOR for sourcing tooling systems.
The primary responsibility of the role is to define motor requirements and generate component specification, initiate a source package and coordinate technical reviews, source selection, lead component development and packaging.
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for providing electrical and technical support, troubleshooting and programming Siemens PLCs and resolving networking issues between process equipment and IT network.
