Working with production and engineering team recommends and implements changes to current manufacturing processes through analyzing production labor standards, setup standards, production schedules, and estimating future requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate anages, motivates, and leads team of Engineers ensuring appropriate direction, training, and evaluation; manages and oversees all current program activities for the plant as well as any upcoming launches.
Collaborate with design, engineering, suppliers, toolmakers, and other team members to provide tooling and equipment strategy, manufacturing capability, work instructions and quality expectations in support of product development and lifecycle management activities.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee and manage the facility maintenance area for fire safety, security, utilities and upkeep. Interface with appropriate people to assure a trouble free, reliable facility operation.
In this role, you must have relevant experience with a documented history of process engineering and capital equipment purchasing, installation, set-up, operator training, and overall facility improvement through personally designed and implemented programs and projects.
