In this role, the selected candidate will develop supporting documentation/templates to report to management and prove progress of each launch gate; utilize technical expertise to implement/oversee the implementation of cost reduction ideas.
In this role, the selected candidate will direct cell layout changes and process changes to improve throughput, balance operator workload, reduce non-value-added activities and eliminate and/or improve ergonomic issues.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to independently implement quality programs for New Product, New Specifications and Technology Transfer projects including developing quality processes, forms, and work instructions and training production staff in those procedures.
The Plant Engineer will implement solutions related to plant strategic goals, troubleshoot operational issues, drive completion of action plans, execute projects, and share best practices amongst CVAP and liaison with the CVAP corporate engineering group.
