The Solutions, Integration, Implementation and operations Solaris Administrator will have responsibilities for some architecture and implementation / operational services of the enterprise including, building (not physical), configuring, tuning, debugging and ongoing operational support.
The Global Accounts Manager (GAM) Cleaning, Breakroom & Facilities Solutions (CBFS) expands and develops relationships with strategically important large customers specifically targeting Cleaning and Breakroom solutions. Implement and administer the following human resources functions: employee relations, organizational development, performance management, engagement survey initiatives, talent reviews and employee on boarding.
Acts as the single point of contact for assigned clients representing Service Operations; proactively manages operation performance for assigned clients identifying service issues, solutions and leads the resolution across all areas within the operation organization.
Manages sales force to maximize profits and minimize expenses. Ensures the achievement of branch sales/profit goals. Assesses area potential and develops annual branch business plans to ensure development of current business and the addition of new business.
Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Representatives to build more effective communication, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales team performance.
Develop and implement a QA strategy inclusive of people, process and tooling that will drive higher quality and efficiency, while establishing a human resource model the will enable the organization to flex and contract with the ebbs and flows of the business.
Coordinate the test efforts of others (including internal and external developers) and be on point to ensure all areas of the application are fully tested and issues are logged clearly and prioritized consistently. Including developer integration, system integration, and acceptance testing.
