The Industrial Engineer or Senior IE will also perform Level 4 support at the manufacturing facilities to aid in root cause problem solving for processes, equipment or quality issues. Work is performed in a fast paced environment within tight time constraints.
The Industrial Engineer Job - Assembly will be responsible for direct/indirect labor and activities affecting line speed, cycle checks, scrolls and workstation assignments, change control and line balancing.

In this role, you will perform time and motion studies and studies and resolve ergonomic issues and complete value added/non value added analysis. The successful candidate will have experience in implementation of World Class Manufacturing in a union environment.
In this role, you will establish operational methods and work standards using various measurement techniques. He / She will record and analyze information on specific problems assigned in the utilization of personnel, material, machines and facilities.
