The Systems Applications Engineering role includes new business acquisition, applications support, and future product definition. In this role, you will provide technical support for customers who are using magnetic and pressure sensors.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure the stability, integrity and efficient operation of the business rules engine that supports core integration functions; develop Java and C# applications to support and monitor the business rules engine.
In this role, you will be responsible for experience in die construction, hot forming, outer panel hemming, stamping and how it relates to simulation software is required to support customer questions and root cause/resolve software issues.
In this role, the selected candidate will participate in the development of design specifications with other members of the software development team including Business Analysts, QA and Dev team members.
In this role, you will be responsible for
work in teams and independently to understand user needs, technical approach, and required functionality. Includes soliciting user requirements from others, scheduling and preparing for meetings, documenting decisions and specs, presenting information, gaining approvals, and communicating technical approach to stakeholders outside of the department.
The primary responsibility of the role is to provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment.
