In this role, the selected candidate will ensure internal development design elements receive appropriate intellectual property protection; Provides technical assistance to the factories by ensuring the development of a technically competent and effective workforce for new technology introductions, and troubleshooting.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the successful management of all aspects of the culinary and dining department; retail sales, special events planning, food costs and inventory control, safety and sanitation, and maintaining excellent resident, customer and employee satisfaction.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan all food preparation as you use skill and imagination to make meal times a truly enjoyable experienced for our residents; will also lead and participate in the hiring and development of a dedicated kitchen staff team.
