In this role, you will assist companies with tax accounting in connection with tax planning, internal restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, public offerings, carve-out financial statements, GAAP conversions from US GAAP to IFRS or IFRS to US GAAP, share-based compensation, financial statement restatements, and balance sheet remediation of tax accounts.
In this role, you will provide primary analysis of proposed rulemakings that are likely to have a significant impact on the companys business units and develop recommendations for appropriate compliance strategies.
