As an Applications Engineer you will be required to analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals and other documentation to prepare time, cost and labor estimates for products, projects or services by performing the following duties.
They will engage, direct, partner and/or participate in product engineering and launch teams to deliver early concepts, prototypes and materials for customer or market evaluation which meet or exceed customer expectations.
The SCADA Applications Engineer/Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the SCADA systems. This position develops/maintains applications, databases, and real-time displays used by Grid Management to monitor and control the grid.
Support the pre-sales cycle and overall account strategy in close coordination with the account manager(s) through presentations, demonstrations, managing customer evaluation projects etc. Drive the growth of ETAS big data business through the identification of customer needs, proper positioning of ETAS solutions, and demonstrating a good understanding of the commercial side of each opportunity.
The Application/Software Developers are involved in the full system life cycle and therefore are responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing and supporting application/integrating software solutions that are delivered on time and within budget.
The Applications Engineer will be responsible for managing engineering launch functions for new products and developing new and innovative product designs, bringing customer focused, cost-effective products and processes to market.
The Application Developer will focus on the developing, producing, implementing, documenting, maintaining, and supporting systems, purchased technology solutions, and/or operating systems and related software.
The focus of this position will be on providing in depth material process and technical support to markets and customers in the proper selection of existing or defining new of belting technologies and components.
