In this role, you will manage technical staff, including hiring, training, personnel development. Manages operations and maintenance for assigned facilities and assists in development of operating and capital budgets. Assists in operations and maintenance issues, troubleshooting and problem solving as required.
The successful applicant will be an integral part of the Site Leadership Team and is the focal point for determining the required production and volume targets based on sales forecast, equipment limitations, inventory space, required maintenance and inspection activities and operating budget.
The RPDM is also a subject matter expert resource for Tools & Industrial Solutions consultative selling, providing training for internal customers and sales project support to customers for new and existing product lines, while educating other Company business units Tools & Industrial Solutions products and applications.
The Operations Manager is responsible for operational administration and efficiency in their respective organizations; management of the proposal and opportunity lifecycles, reporting of KPIs, project bookings, A/R, invoicing and direct leadership of the proposal and administration teams are the main focuses of this role.
