In this role, the selected candidate will provide support in all the functional areas of a Human Resources department. Performs Human Resources related duties at the administrative assistant level including general clerical duties, travel arrangements, filing, and answer phones. Performs other duties as required.
This position is responsible for performing full life cycle Recruiting including candidate sourcing, screening, ATS processing, interviews, offer negotiation, and on boarding tasks for various Hospital and Healthcare professionals.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist managers with various HR activities, including performance management, Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action (EEO/AA) related activities, training needs, and ad hoc requests.
