In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales within an assigned territory of existing & new accounts. The selected candidate will be accountable for achieving quota by hunting new customers and growing existing relationships.

The person in this position is responsible for recruiting and developing other sales leaders as well as building and maintaining relationships with business owners and employees by offering financial protection benefits at the worksite.
The primary responsibility is to motivate and proactively assist the Sales Representatives within the District branches in meeting and exceeding their equipment rental, sales and total revenue and profitability goals, with a focus on generating profitable revenue for the assigned area.
