Directs and coordinates other engineers, activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenacne, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and in the maintenance of instrument and electrical equipment located at the plant.
The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for the safety and direction of the electrical maintenance teams servicing the facility. This position manages all electrical maintenance activities in the mill.
Lead the lake charles facility towards a proactive maintenance strategy. Advocate for planned and scheduled work. Facilitate positive change in the maintenance organization by pro-actively driving department initiatives.
Administer and implement Labor relations (CBA) through consultation with the Human Resource and Mill Managers; develop annual budgetary proposals standards for cost measurement in collaboration with the Production Manager.
