The Project Manager assumes overall responsibility for all aspects of assigned projects including project schedule, customer and vendor relations, accuracy and correctness of all drawings and submittal documents, project equipment procurement, and maintaining engineering/project team communications and relationships.
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of all Field Service projects for the revamp and installation of Dresser-Rand (D-R) overhaul and non-nameplate equipment.
This position plays key supporting role to Administration Senior Executive Team and is responsible for a variety of projects and initiatives such as service line improvement, new service line offerings, follow-through of projects to completion, ROI reports, data analysis and strategic planning support.
Manage the tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives through the coordination of activities with a direct responsibility for results, including costs, operational methods, growth, and quality and staffing.
Manage the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating project execution, deployment, and closure.
