In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of technical duties including application programming, analysis, testing, and product installation to deliver quality application solutions to clients.
In this role, you will conduct an analysis of reliability problems and investigates to determine the reliability required for the particular situation, considering the cost limitations for equipment up/down time, repair/replacement costs, weight, size and availability of material/equipment.
This involves insuring required data is being captured in CMMS or other designated systems, driving Root Cause Analysis, creating and analyzing Pareto reports, and driving the implementation of cost effective improvements through expense or capital projects as well as driving improvement of operating or maintenance disciplines.
In this role, you will identify, evaluate, develop, specify, justify, install, and start-up process improvements to increase production capacity, improve operating reliability, reduce manufacturing costs, reduce energy usage, conserve raw materials, improve product yields and improve product quality.
In this role, the selected candidate must have direct experience will all the required aspects of mechanical design; aspects include P&ID development, equipment specifications and design, plant layout, piping design, and generation of complete mechanical construction packages.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with Plant Process Control Coordination Role to ensure process control is optimized in the facility; Implements best practices in order to optimize operations.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage and observe contract employees, process analysis, and oversee capital projects; System modifications, change controls, electrical controls, electrical design, and AC/DC.
