As a Branch Sales and Service Representative, you will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities including teller transactions, cross-selling bank products and developing referral opportunities. This position, within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, is based in Elkhart, IN at the Elkhart North branch.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and maintains a strong base of working knowledge of the retail and alternate care customers and markets through the use of ABDC training, District Director coaching, display of market/customer business curiosity, industry information and company literature, which allows for successful execution of ABDC sales strategies and commercial insights.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop and track the metrics to assess the effectiveness of the company sales incentive compensation programs. Provide in depth analysis on base and variable compensation. Assist with the development, implementation, and administration of compensation policies and programs.
In this role, the selected candidate will deliver a unique customer experience aimed to improve a customer's financial well being and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. From a variety of customer interactions, participates in proactive sales and service activities and identifies referral opportunities. Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet. Positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
