The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to Allied Solutions hiring managers. This individual delivers high quality candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions and advances the Allied brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process.
In this role, you will be responsible for
managing recruitment and job placement efforts for all positions at all levels of the location site, including interviewing, testing, and evaluating applicant qualifications, and preparing statistical reports concerning recruitment activities.
