The next Clinical Operations Manager will ensure fiscal responsibility and clinical and operational performance improvement initiatives for Surgical Services and will actively participate in Health's Lean Process Improvement Transformation.

The NPI Program Manager is the primary customer interface during the development, qualification and launch for their assigned portfolio. They are responsible for ensuring program deliverables are aligned with customer needs; delivered on time, within the budget, at or below target cost and expected yields.
Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental standards, including process engineering and safety both locally and globally. Assure availability and reliability of plants aligned with on-site plant manager objectives to meet contractual commitments to on-site customers
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and analyze business models to enhance strategic business direction and product development; assemble cross-functional teams to assess underlying issues.
Candidate must have ability to manage the customer by tactfully requiring timely information, selling recovery approaches and minimizing customer reactions to project delays by instilling confidence in company proposed approach.
Ensure MMAs and embedded product software for connected devices remain in a state of compliance by maintaining design controls, risk management, complaint analyses consistent with local procedures, international standards, and regulatory requirements.
