In this role, you will responsible for proposal generation for new (support for Field Service Managers and Outside Service Sales) and existing customers (re-value selling existing agreements to ensure business is retained).
In this role, the selected candidate must have the desire to provide approachable expertise to our customers on a personal level; look forward to helping our business growth through capitalizing on each warm lead.
This position is accountable for generating quotes, writing orders and assisting in processing orders if/when the warehouse is shorthanded. The candidate will handle inquiries and complaints from customers, as well as supporting outside Sales Representatives to maximize revenue and gross margin dollars.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate company technical & sales engineering resources in order to meet customer needs (i.e. solution demonstrations, implementations, data services, etc.).
