In this role, you will provide generalist support to one or more functional areas of Human Resources, such as recruitment, staffing, human resources administration, team member relations, compensation, benefits, training and or EEO AA.
The HRBC will be responsible for designated projects, helping to develop procedures and programs to support HR and business priorities and compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects.
In this role, the selected candidate will
participates in employee onboarding and conducting new hire orientation; oversee and manage talent management processes including performance management, succession planning and top talent identification.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the ongoing support of our global HR systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise (often in partnership with other Company department's systems teams), and providing support for new features/functionality for development, testing, and implementation.
The HR Generalist will work with hiring managers to understand specific position requirements and the dynamics of labor markets for a given position/location; will source, qualify, and interview candidates to efficiently and effectively fill open positions; and will conduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans.
