In this role, the selected candidate will manage the financial performance of the property and the achievement of property sales and profit objectives; including, management of the profit and loss statement at the property level, deposits, accounting and more.
In this role, you will develop and execute strategy to drive sales and build customer loyalty through store programs including but not limited to; networking, culinary classes and events, credit card, gift registry and community outreach.
In this role, you will ensure that all location financial metrics are managed continuously, exceptions are reported and action plans are developed to ensure the location meets it financial, safety and operational expectations.
In this role, you will manage and develops relationships with key customers in assigned district and determines strategy for value proposition and product penetration. Manages all aspects of customer service and customer satisfaction.
