Standing, climbing stairs, and walking for long periods of time over uneven ground as well as dry and wet product; stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling in limited and confined spaces, working at heights, and work involving exposure to outside elements.
The Construction Manager plans, supervises and coordinates all tasks in the homebuilding process, ensuring the project gets completed on time and within budget. Additional responsibilities include managing trade partners and ensuring quality control and safety.
Assist the technical leaders on project assignments to plan staff workload, assess backlog, and maximize the utilization goals of the technical staff within the respective technical group. This individual will also manage his/her staffs adherence to project budgets that are coordinated between this individual and the markets project managers.
Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee the completion of construction documents and assure accordance with lease and/or contract requirements; work with the city to obtain permits /entitlements.
