Ensure business and requirements artifacts are created that effectively model the customer's requirements. Will use industry best practices and tools, and will use established patterns and/or recommend new design patterns.
Coordinates and supervises engineering work for process systems to achieve profitable results, including the production of current, new or improved products; prepares, verifies, reviews and evaluates appropriation requests for capital expenditures for management approval.
Understand, suggest and choose from, possible technical solutions/tools to satisfy business needs-choices that reflect a solution that balances design, use, and support. Use the best practices/techniques for keeping the design/solution under control without excessive work or rework.
Manages packaging development and improvement projects to meet client, company, and regulatory needs. Creates project plans and organizes resources to ensure project milestones are met within expectations of timeline, quality and budget.
Design, develop, and execute capital projects. In general, define the project scope, develop equipment specifications, conduct/review the engineering design, establish the project budget and timeline, direct resources for project implementation, and work closely with operations during commissioning and start-up.
The Quality Engineer will lead and facilitate the implementation of site specific quality initiatives and their continual improvement. Responsible for the site quality engineering activities of leading, coaching, and facilitating problem solving, analysis of data and continual improvement activities.
