Demonstrated experience defining business and system requirements for software related products and services; experienced at leading analysts in the process of understanding and documenting the users need.
Work with appropriate customers to identify the roles of project team members, project reporting structures and frequency of interaction and any training requirements that may be needed for a team member to complete a project.
Manages professional and technical research and development personnel who analyze, test, and develop new or updated formulas; projects are complex in nature and require application of new technologies and approaches.
