The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for providing direction, coordination and support for the daily execution of the maintenance department's operating plan with the primary objective of maintaining the Plant's equipment and facilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for provide insight and innovative construction solutions to ensure the successful execution of various projects, such as: education facilities; hospitals and healthcare centers; office buildings; warehouse and distribution centers; and mixed- use facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and managing all mechanical maintenance activities for this facility. Will work closely with engineering and operations to determine which projects to work on to safely achieve the locations business objectives.
In this role, you will provide drawing, constructability, submittal reviews, and feedback with the engineering team, verifying that the quality of materials, equipment, and workmanship conforms to the specifications and updates of the contract documents.
In this role, you will responsible for managing plant zoning and separation, personnel safety requirements, and sanitation budget. Developing a staff to execute sanitation principles, directly supervising the Sanitation Supervisor.
