Independently develop simple to complex models to forecast the future implication of business decisions. Independently perform post-mortem analysis of impact of past business decisions. Responsible to review CBAs and identify issues to be resolved prior to LFO approval.
The Sr. Financial Analyst conducts highly technical accounting-based research and analysis projects to provide senior management with definitive financial data and advice for their use in setting and achieving profit objectives.
Provides leadership with interpretive and predictive financial information to make business performance assessments and capital investment decisions using sensitivity, pro forma, and cause-and-effect analysis.
Performs statistical, cost and financial analysis of data extracted from various internal sources. Prepares reports based on findings, including health care costs, provider contracts, debt capacity, revenue and profitability.
Serves as a resource and provides support for finance issues within the organization, to managers, directors, and senior management; Responsible for conducting and documenting complex financial analysis projects on a variety of financial issues.
