The HR Services & Systems Manager will develop and lead a team responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of the HR data maintenance, processes and procedures for the company and for delivering exceptional team member service by resolving ra wide variety of team member and manager inquiries including but not limited to: benefit programs, company policies and procedures, report requests, and technical HR applications.
In this role, the selected candidate will communicate company and departmental issues and goals and facilitate employee growth and development through weekly team meetings, regular individual employee meetings, coaching, training, and company-offered learning opportunities.
The Human Resources Project Manager will also develop, revise and maintain the Human Resources Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring accurate documentation of the process from the initial start through the end of the process.
The HR manager will collaborate with other HR professionals, including those in operations, recruitment, compensation and education departments to help manage and provide programs for the business unit/division/function.
In this role, you will develop and implement human resource systems and processes that support both the operational strategies and goals of the campus as well as ensuring consistency with Corporate HR policies and strategies.
