The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide full life cycle recruiting support for the recruitment team. This will include systems support, data and process management, as well as hiring process coordination and improvements to ensure the highest level of candidate and internal customer experience.
In this role, you will develop and execute strategies for University Recruiting programs that include; campus relationships, on campus events, the internship program and converting the interns to full time employees.
The selected candidate will participate in meetings, capture and follow-up on action items to completion, as needed. Proactive communication to recruiters, search firms and other recruiting partners. Provide coaching and training to recruiters on Salesforce usage for the timely and accurate capture of candidate activity.
The Hr Recruiting Coordinator will report directly to the Human Resources Director and will manage processes for the human resources department, including but not limited to, staffing, training and HRIS.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify and engage diverse executive talent through proactive sourcing. The Executive Diversity Recruiter will ensure delivery of a diverse slate of candidates for our business line leadership in order to strengthen their ability to make informed hiring decisions and succession planning.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform new business responsibilities and continue building a core niche within the firms core competencies; mentor, train and teach associate recruiters, nationwide.
