The analyst will support and/or lead initiatives in the area of the modeling and valuation of Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSRs) and whole loan mortgages, as well as participate in the banks CCAR/DFAST stress testing activities.
The Human Resources Project Manager is responsible for directing and overseeing all HR projects from infancy through completion. This individual will sets deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize the progress of projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business group / business unit and regional PMO leaders and representatives as well as functional leaders from regulatory, quality and clinical functions to finance, RD and operations.
Overseeing cross-functional projects and exhibiting an understanding of critical cross module integration points; communicating project direction, approach, priorities, events and status to all project resources and business sponsors.
Leads the long term program planning effort, including the overall implementation strategy, scope of deliverables and delivery dates, definition of major program/project milestones, and cost/benefit. Ensures alignment with strategy, operational objectives, policy and standards - identify and leverage synergies to other initiatives.
Manages all phases of the creative development process including planning, on brand creative execution and production of multiple marketing or communications (internal or external) projects simultaneously; holding the project team accountable to critical dates to ensure production schedule is met while maintaining high quality, cost-effective and timely production.
The Audit Project Manager is expected to monitor progress of audit engagements against plan and schedule, assess work performed by the Audit Engagement Team, and provide coaching and on-the-job training for Team members to ensure engagements are completed in conformance with CAS Policies, Standards and Guidelines.
