In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing and monitoring high quality occupational therapy care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established rehabilitation policies, procedures and best practices.
In this role, you will use a variety of occupational therapy techniques to restore injured or disabled patients to maximum functional ability and independence. Also performs related duties as assigned.
In this role, you will develop and implement care plans for their clients that coordinate the clients home care services and that follow physicians orders; ensure that services are delivered according to licensing guidelines, professional medical standards and agency policies and procedures.
In this role, you will coordinate and administers Occupational Therapy care to patients which involves assessment of the patients physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs; planning development and implementation of a multidisciplinary plan of care; and evaluation of the patients response to care.
