In this position, you will participates in testing and installing new software releases and application system upgrades. Analyzes, monitors, and fine-tunes the application system to achieve optimum performance levels.
In this role, you will perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a knowledge of fundamental concepts of distributed, complex enterprise deployments: networking, communication protocols, VLANs, multi-tiered environments, virtualization technologies, storage, hypervisors, routing, monitoring, storage connectivity, capacity planning, file systems, backups, load balancing, firewalls.
The Linux Server Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day support for Linux Operating Systems, various operational utilities and server hardware, providing the technical support for SAP and associated environments, and coordinating and implementing required changes.
The successful candidates for these roles will learn to have a high level of understanding for the business or function being supported. And you will take on responsibility for working within Salesforce and become a subject matter expert.
