In this role, the selected candidate will manage deadlines, evaluate current processes, and determine best practices within the HR scope; prepare reports for management regarding status of projects to ensure business needs are being met.
Responsible for the proactive sourcing of talent. Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
In this role, you will provide training expertise to onboard acquisition teams as they integrate including: reviewing the training strategy to align with process integration, assisting with integration of training, and meeting with and training supervisors on the BSC assignment processes.
