Provide administrative support in Human Resources for Leave of Absence processing including FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), ensuring compliance within Commercial recruiting activity and hiring processes, as well as support of company benefit administration.
Responsible for understanding the technology, business processes and opportunities within the context of the technical and business requirements in order to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee the performance management process and work with OpCo leaders on their associate reviews and evaluations. Provide training and consultation as necessary.
