This candidate must have a proven track record in sales and/or sales management. The successful candidate will manage a team of up to 11 field-based sales representatives that will call on the extended care market in this assigned territory.
In this role, you will provide leadership to the division and guidance and interpretation of loan policy. The selected candidate will ensure the development of sales and operations staff and supports sales.
As a territory manager, youll also need to understand construction cycles, find and follow major construction, expansion or retrofit projects, and keep current with market trends and competitor activity.
