The position will focus primarily on drafting, review and negotiation of contracts, including distribution agreements, license agreements, government contracts, pricing agreements, GPO and IDN agreements, service agreements, quality and regulatory agreements, and other contracts.
Coordinate with field solution architects category specialists via joint sales calls and on-site assessments based on customers specific needs. Advanced technology category penetration and solution selling.
Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrate initiative and potential for leadership, and have the judgment and confidence to work independently with clients and colleagues.
Provide meaningful quality measurements to relationship specialists to ensure that cash and asset management procedures are followed and document legal requirements are met. Involves direct customer interaction at times.
