Work closely with large, strategic current and new customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory.
The Region Territory Manager will work in an account team structure and will partner with the Regional Reimbursement Managers, Inside Sales Reps, Medical Science Liaisons, and others within the team to position the product(s) for fast uptake in the ophthalmology market.
Regularly contact dealerships and communicate, implement, and administer Parts and Service Department programs, policies, and procedures with dealers including attainment of objectives and adherence to the dealer agreement.
Responsible for procurement, efficient execution of services being offered / cost control, leveraging subcontractors, inventory management, managing receivables (works with credit department, resolves terms & condition issues with the contracts department, work with collections), and turn of backlog and projects.
Develop and target regional retail accounts in conjunction with the Director of Sales to achieve contract, revenue growth, account milestone objectives, and activity expectations within an assigned account/geography.
This position will be responsible for all disease education related activities within their geographic responsibility, including achievement of mbos, business planning in partnership with the rbm, and expense control.
The Regional Agronomy Manager oversee the agronomic operations at our Missouri, Texas, and Louisiana operations, ensuring that we are producing high yielding and top quality crops. This role will lead and execute agronomic strategies for these locations, while providing technical expertise.
