Performs business and systems analysis to accurately capture business and system requirements. Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair software (operating systems and user applications); research, analyze, build, request, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair user, distribution, and security accounts and groups.
