The ideal Superintendent will be experienced in leading ground up construction, tenant finish out, and renovation work for multiple project types including Big Box, Retail, Restaurant, Entertainment, Multi-Family, Hotel, and Institutional clients.
Conferring with, and directing supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.
In this role, you will lead the maintenance execution team, including direction-setting, personnel development, oversight of work quality, development and implementation of improvements, and measurement of results.
As a Sheet Metal Superintendent, you will provide overall direction for field installation of assigned project. You will have direct responsibility for field labor, labor coordination, quality control, and safety on assigned project
The purpose of this position is to oversee and direct the performance of all field construction activities for assigned craft areas in conformance with plans, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
Directs and coordinates other engineers, activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenacne, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and in the maintenance of instrument and electrical equipment located at the plant.
In this role, you will ensure the allocation of construction work hours to relevant cost codes and prepare weekly construction progress reports to measure actual versus planned progress for all phases of the direct construction work.
In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight of all field/job site operations including scheduling, safety, and quality control from start-up to completion/closeout. The superintendent reports to the senior superintendent whom he/she is currently assigned and or the director of field operations and may have assistant superintendent direct reports.
